Please help get this to other government agencies/officials !!! On August 18 2021, I had my court hearing at Biloxi. After the hearing I caught Judge Steele and Prosecutors Ekert and Herenski mocking the 1st amendment of our constitution and bragging, boasting how I was set up. They were so enjoying (they thought I left) that even after Prosecutor Herenski looked at me he did not recognized that I was the person they were talking about, continued enjoying what they were doing. There it is, clear and direct to the point. Now I question the fairness of my hearing with Gulfport city court, for getting 2 days in jail after I was hospitalized for 5 days. The reason, the judge said I was very combative for me telling the police officer to take off his uniform so I can show him that he can not do this abusive manhandling if he was not wearing a uniform i respect. Maybe I have a wild imagination, but I can't believe that these 2 police officers committing these act without the knowledge, maybe even the approval of their superiors. The same goes for the Harrison County Sherff Department. I've been harrassed and intimidated for so long! I mean no harm, but I refuse to be intimidated. As a naturalized American I have the same rights. So far I sought Attys. Corban Gunn and Michael Crosby (showed up in one of my Biloxi hearings - 'wonder why) but they have yet connected with me. ACLU provided me with useful information but unfortunately my case does not meet their criteria to represent me. Mississippi Council for Justice, in particular Mr. Reilly Morse said no, not just once but twice! First after asking me how I left messages for him and told me to email him how and who did I leave the messages. After sending him the email, he responded that I hope I would understand but he cannot stand for me. I don't know why he sent me another email a few days after to tell me he can not represent me when I wrote him the first time that "I fully understand". I have sought FBI Mississippi and Attorney General Mississippi intervention but nothing happened. POC: Rommel M Lacson cellphone 228 236 4074 Biloxi/Gulfport Mississippi

Mr Clay, how about top notch trade school, created with a partnership of manufacturers in the state, apprenticeship programs and aptitude testing around the 8th grade with an eye towards directing students to vocational or college oriented education.
